That's why Vibra Healthcare is so proud of our Executive Management Team and their success in the healthcare and rehabilitation fields. Together they have been instrumental in the development, financing and operation of more than 60 Inpatient Medical Rehabilitation Hospitals throughout the United States. They possess the skills and experience to lead Vibra Healthcare to the summit of the Rehabilitation and LTAC Hospital industry.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Responsible for strategic direction, operational execution and profitability of Vibra Healthcare. Brad is also founder and CEO of The Hollinger Group, a senior care company with 17 facilities operating in four states. Prior to founding Vibra Healthcare, he co-founded and served as Chairman and CEO of Balanced Care Corporation, a publicly traded senior care company that grew to 87 facilities in 11 states, 51 facilities were De Novo projects. In addition, Brad served as chief development officer and executive vice president of the contract services group of Continental Medical Systems, a NYSE $1.5 billion dollar company.
Chief Financial Officer
Responsible for all of the company's financial operations, Clint was previously chief financial officer of a publicly traded senior care company with responsibility for all financial matters including IPO and SEC reporting. A CPA, he also has served as regional controller with Select Medical, the country's largest LTAC Hospital company, and was responsible for the financial operations of more than 100 outpatient therapy clinics.
Chief Administrative Officer
Mike is responsible for Vibra’s organizational planning and development, financial operations support, and oversight of internal financial reporting including financial planning and analysis, and corporate leadership and oversight for all hospital revenue cycle operations. He has held several key leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for a national healthcare consulting company and Partner in the healthcare consulting practice of a Big 4 accounting firm. His healthcare experience includes hospital financial operations, revenue cycle processes, disputed claim and payment resolution, contract management processes, and merger / acquisition analysis and financing.
Chief Information Officer
Marie is responsible for the development, implementation, and support of our enterprise information systems strategy. She has more than 30 years experience in Information Systems with the majority of it spent in healthcare. Previously, Marie provided leadership on key system implementations and strategic direction as assistant vice president at Cigna HealthCare and director of hospital applications with Select Medical Corporation.
Ann has a 20 year foundation in hospital operations and is responsible for several Vibra hospitals throughout the Country. In addition to her work with Vibra beginning in 2004 as a hospital CEO, Ann has held executive positions in a range of post acute care settings including acute rehab and outpatient centers. Ann’s acumen includes mindful strategic development to best align the organization for success in a dynamic healthcare environment. She currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for California Hospital Association’s Center for Post-Acute Care.
Responsible for the operations, strategic planning and financial health of the Massachusetts Hospitals, Edward has been with Vibra Healthcare since the inception of the company in 2004. Edward has been in the Post-acute Hospital field for over 30 years beginning as a Chief Financial Officer of a 60 bed LTACH. In addition to being the Divisional President, Edward has maintained his position as CEO of the New Bedford Hospital location for the past 20 years. Edward also held the position of Vice President of Hospital operations for two national companies prior to joining Vibra.
Mike is a healthcare executive with over 30 year’s experience. He joined the company in 2009 as a rehab hospital CEO, and has grown with the company in different capacities including regional CEO, Vice President of Operations and now currently Division President. In this role, Mike has responsibility for the company’s operations of the rehabilitation hospitals. Prior to coming to Vibra, he held various positions in rehabilitation management, hospital operations and currently serves on the Board of the AMRPA. Mike holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physical Therapy along with an M.B.A from LaSalle University.
With more than 20 years of Long Term Acute Care experience Sean is well positioned to lead the operations of 7 Vibra Hospitals. Sean’s previous experience includes positions as Hospital CEO, Regional Executive Director, and Division Vice President for a Fortune 500 Healthcare Provider. Sean holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Southern California as well as an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Senior Vice President
Charles joined Vibra as the Chief Executive Officer for Vibra Hospital of Northwestern Indiana in 2012, and began overseeing both Springfield (IL) and Northwestern Indiana in 2014. Chuck is now responsible for the overall operations of the Central Division, including Northwestern Indiana, Springfield (IL), Fort Wayne, Mahoning Valley, Central Dakotas and Fargo. He has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, with 6 years in long term acute care, and holds degrees in Nursing and Accounting, bringing both a clinical and financial perspective to his responsibilities. Chuck was previously a Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer for Select Medical, Owner and Chief Consultant for MultiDisciplinary Professionals, Inc. and has served in several Nursing Leadership positions in short term acute care hospitals.
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Douglas Yohe joined Vibra as senior vice president and general counsel. Prior to joining the organization, Yohe was a partner in the law firm of Latsha Davis Yohe & McKenna, P.C., which serves as Vibra's primary outside counsel. Doug is a member of the State Bars of Pennsylvania and Maryland, as well as the American Health Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. He is a graduate of Juniata College and Wake Forest University School of Law.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Responsible for Human Resources and Risk Management, Bob has been with Vibra since its inception. He was previously the co-founder and senior vice president of corporate services at a publicly traded senior care company. He has also served in executive positions with Marriott Corporation, Holiday Corporation, and Continental Medical Systems.
Executive Vice President, Business Development
Diane is currently responsible for the implementation, analysis, strategic direction, execution and training of all Vibra Hospitals business development teams’ initiatives. She provides leadership and support to the hospitals by implementing strategies to improve growth and increase market awareness, enabling them to meet their business objectives. Diane has over 20+ years of Healthcare experience, including Vice President of Provider Relations of Acuity Healthcare, Regional Director of Professional Relations of Triumph Healthcare/Rehab Care, and similar responsibilities at Select Medical Corporation and Kindred Healthcare.
Chief Clinical Officer
Darla is an accomplished healthcare leader with more than 26 years of progressive and critical care clinical experience. With 17 years of senior level executive leadership experience, Darla provides leadership and support to the hospitals by developing evidence-based clinical programs. Darla has worked in Long Term Acute Care for 12 years. Before joining Vibra in 2009, Darla was the Regional Director of Clinical Services for Regency Hospitals. Darla is currently responsible for clinical operations throughout the organization. She promotes clinical service excellence through clinical staff education and is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and the Society of Critical Care Medicine. Darla has earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nursing with a certification in executive leadership from Wilmington University.
