Management Team

One of the best predictors of an organization’s success is the track record of its executives. Organizational strength always flows from the top. It’s where policies, procedures, and corporate philosophies originate, where growth strategies are implemented, and where the financial stability of the organization is built.

That’s why Vibra Healthcare is so proud of our executive management team and their success in the healthcare and rehabilitation fields. Together they have been instrumental in the development, financing, and operation of more than 60 locations throughout the United States. They possess the skills and experience to lead Vibra Healthcare to the summit of the rehabilitation and long-term acute care industry.


Brad Hollinger: Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Responsible for strategic direction, operational execution, and profitability of Vibra Healthcare. Brad is also the founder and CEO of The Hollinger Group, a senior care company. Prior to founding Vibra Healthcare, he co-founded and served as Chairman and CEO of Balanced Care Corporation, a publicly-traded senior care company that grew to 87 facilities in 11 states, 51 facilities were De Novo projects.

In addition, Brad served as chief development officer and executive vice president of the contract services group of Continental Medical Systems, an NYSE $1.5 billion-dollar company.


Clint Fegan: Chief Financial Officer

Responsible for all of the company’s financial operations, Clint was previously chief financial officer of a publicly-traded senior care company, with responsibility for all financial matters including IPO and SEC reporting. A CPA, he also has served as a regional controller with Select Medical, the country’s largest LTAC hospital company, and was responsible for the financial operations of more than 100 outpatient therapy clinics.


Edward Leary: Division President

Responsible for the operations, strategic planning, and financial health of Vibra’s Massachusetts hospitals, Edward has been with Vibra Healthcare since the inception of the company in 2004. Edward has been in the post-acute field for over 30 years beginning as a chief financial officer of a 60-bed LTACH. In addition to being a divisional president, Edward has maintained his position as CEO of the New Bedford Hospital location for the past 20 years. Edward also held the position of vice president of hospital operations for two national companies prior to joining Vibra.


Michael Long: Division President

Mike is a healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience. He joined the company in 2009 as a rehab hospital CEO and has grown with the company in different capacities including regional CEO, vice president of operations, and currently division president. In this role, Mike has responsibility for the company’s rehabilitation hospital operations. Prior to coming to Vibra, he held various positions in rehabilitation management, hospital operations, and currently serves on the board of the AMRPA. Mike holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in physical therapy, along with an MBA from LaSalle University.


Sean McCarthy: Division President

With more than 20 years of long-term acute care experience, Sean is well-positioned to lead Vibra’s LTAC operations. Sean’s previous experience includes positions as hospital CEO, regional executive director, and division vice president for a Fortune 500 healthcare provider. Sean holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California, as well as an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.


Douglas Yohe: Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Douglas Yohe joined Vibra as senior vice president and general counsel. Prior to joining the organization, Yohe was a partner in the law firm of Latsha Davis Yohe & McKenna, P.C., which serves as Vibra’s primary outside counsel. Doug is a member of the State Bars of Pennsylvania and Maryland, as well as the American Health Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. He is a graduate of Juniata College and Wake Forest University School of Law.


Wayne Mackey: Chief Human Resources Officer

As chief human resources officer, Wayne is focused on building relationships and developing a supportive structure to complement Vibra Healthcare’s operational needs and quality goals. With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare profession, Wayne leads by progressively learning, motivating others, and identifying new ideas and methods for continuous performance improvement.

Philosophically, Wayne feels blessed to serve Vibra’s patients, residents, employees, and key stakeholders at all levels. His mission is to lead with core values of trust, integrity, and commitment to the outcome. He is a transparent team player who focuses on core deliverables and team growth simultaneously.

Wayne’s specialties include public speaking, training, leadership development, talent management, behavior-based interviewing techniques, positive employee relations, and executive coaching. He is an SPHR/SHRM member, a DDI-certified facilitator, 360-Degree certified, and Predictive Index certified. He is also experienced with Taleo (ATS), grid training, and Studer Group’s “Hardwiring Excellence” system.


Darla Perdue: Chief Clinical Officer

Darla is an accomplished healthcare leader with more than 26 years of progressive and critical care clinical experience. With 17 years of senior-level executive leadership experience, Darla provides leadership and support to Vibra’s hospitals by developing evidence-based clinical programs. Darla has worked in long-term acute care for 12 years and she is currently responsible for clinical operations throughout the organization. Before joining Vibra in 2009, Darla was the regional director of clinical services for Regency Hospitals. Darla is currently responsible for clinical operations throughout the organization.

Darla promotes clinical service excellence through clinical staff education. She is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and the Society of Critical Care Medicine. Darla has earned both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in nursing, with a certification in executive leadership from Wilmington University.


Angelique Culver: Chief Compliance & HIPAA Officer

Angelique Culver, Esq., LLM, CHC, joined Vibra as corporate counsel and now serves as Vibra’s chief compliance officer and HIPAA privacy & security officer. Prior to joining Vibra, Angelique held the roles of senior associate general counsel and later, chief compliance officer and HIPAA privacy officer of Grady Health System, a 900-bed short-term acute care hospital located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Angelique graduated from Spelman College, received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, and received her Master of Law in Labor & Employment Law from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. Angelique is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Georgia and is certified in health care compliance.


Kelly Hollinger: Chief Innovation Officer

As CIO, Kelly is responsible for overseeing information systems, market analysis, and business intelligence at Vibra Healthcare. He started with the company in 2004. He has co-founded companies in healthcare IT and consulting. Kelly is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at MIT.


Ray Lanas: Executive VP, Supply Chain & Construction

Responsible for all supply chain functions, Ray has been with Vibra for 14 years. Prior to joining Vibra, he worked for two national short-term acute care companies with regional responsibilities of multiple hospitals. He started his career in the operating room business management function of a 600-bed Level 1 trauma hospital. Ray holds a bachelor’s degree from Elizabethtown College and is currently working toward a Master in Health Science from The University of Alabama.


Becky Burton: Executive VP, Sales and Marketing & Managed Care

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare marketing, sales, and strategic planning, Becky Burton is well-suited to lead Vibra’s business development, admissions, managed care, and communications departments. Prior to joining the Vibra Healthcare management team, Becky served as a market CEO for Vibra Hospitals of Amarillo, where she oversaw the operations of both a long-term acute care hospital and an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Becky has held several management and executive leadership positions in the post-acute healthcare industry, having previously worked for Triumph Healthcare, Kindred Healthcare, and LifeCare Health Partners.

She also previously owned and operated Amarillo Specialty Home Care. In addition to her sales and marketing experience, Becky holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Texas A&M University.
