One of the best predictors of an organization’s success is the track record of its executives. Organizational strength always flows from the top. It’s where policies, procedures, and corporate philosophies originate, where growth strategies are implemented, and where the financial stability of the organization is built.
That’s why Vibra Healthcare is so proud of our executive management team and their success in the healthcare and rehabilitation fields. Together they have been instrumental in the development, financing, and operation of more than 60 locations throughout the United States. They possess the skills and experience to lead Vibra Healthcare to the summit of the rehabilitation and critical care industry.
Brad Hollinger: Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Responsible for strategic direction, operational execution, and profitability of Vibra Healthcare. Brad is also the founder and CEO of The Hollinger Group, a senior care company. Prior to founding Vibra Healthcare, he co-founded and served as Chairman and CEO of Balanced Care Corporation, a publicly-traded senior care company that grew to 87 facilities in 11 states, 51 facilities were De Novo projects.
In addition, Brad served as chief development officer and executive vice president of the contract services group of Continental Medical Systems, an NYSE $1.5 billion-dollar company.
Kelly Hollinger: Chief of Staff
As chief of staff, Kelly is responsible for overseeing information systems, market analysis, and business intelligence at Vibra Healthcare. He started with the company in 2004. He has co-founded companies in healthcare IT and consulting. Kelly is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at MIT.
Leigh Eckley: Chief Revenue and Operations Officer
With over 25 years of executive leadership experience in the healthcare industry, Leigh is a C-Suite Executive who helps companies achieve growth and excellence in acute, post-acute, and outpatient sales and business development. She has a proven track record of designing and delivering strategies for revenue growth at a Fortune 500 level as well as in the private equity space, building and leading cross-functional teams, and driving turnaround initiatives.
As the chief revenue officer at Vibra Healthcare, Leigh oversees the growth strategies and development for the organization. She most recently led the revenue strategy in sub-specialty telemedicine as the chief growth officer at Access TeleCare, one of the nation’s largest sub-specialty telemedicine providers. Prior to Access, she was the senior vice president with RestorixHealth, the nation’s second-largest outpatient wound care management company. Leigh cut her teeth in the long-term acute care and inpatient rehabilitation space with Kindred Healthcare where she was a vice president of sales and business development responsible for $2.1 billion in revenues.
She is passionate about improving the quality and accessibility of care for patients with complex and chronic conditions, which led her to accept and serve on the board of directors at Livanta, LLC, a company that manages medical review functions in support of CMS and other entities.
Darla Perdue: Chief Clinical Officer
Darla is an accomplished healthcare leader with more than 26 years of progressive and critical care clinical experience. With 17 years of senior-level executive leadership experience, Darla provides leadership and support to Vibra’s hospitals by developing evidence-based clinical programs. Darla has worked in critical care for 12 years and she is currently responsible for clinical operations throughout the organization. Before joining Vibra in 2009, Darla was the regional director of clinical services for Regency Hospitals.
Darla promotes clinical service excellence through clinical staff education. She is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and the Society of Critical Care Medicine. Darla has earned both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in nursing, with a certification in executive leadership from Wilmington University.
Edward Leary: Chief Financial Officer, Hospital Finance Operations
Responsible for the operations, strategic planning, and financial health of Vibra’s Massachusetts hospitals, Edward has been with Vibra Healthcare since the inception of the company in 2004. Edward has been in the post-acute field for over 30 years beginning as a chief financial officer of a 60-bed critical care hospital. In addition to being a divisional president, Edward has maintained his position as CEO of the New Bedford hospital location for the past 20 years. Edward also held the position of vice president of hospital operations for two national companies prior to joining Vibra.
Douglas Yohe: Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Douglas Yohe joined Vibra as senior vice president and general counsel. Prior to joining the organization, Yohe was a partner in the law firm of Latsha Davis Yohe & McKenna, P.C., which serves as Vibra’s primary outside counsel. Doug is a member of the State Bars of Pennsylvania and Maryland, as well as the American Health Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. He is a graduate of Juniata College and Wake Forest University School of Law.
Wayne Mackey: Chief Human Resources Officer
Wayne, the chief human resources officer at Vibra Healthcare and CEO of Vibra Travels, brings over 25 years of healthcare experience, starting as a housekeeper in a nursing home. He’s committed to building strong relationships, fostering a supportive structure, and driving continuous performance improvement.
Wayne’s leadership is guided by core values of trust, integrity, and commitment to outcomes. His expertise lies in recruitment, public speaking, leadership development, and talent management. Certified in SPHR/SHRM, DDI, 360-Degree feedback, and Predictive Index, Wayne ensures a positive employee experience through team growth and core deliverables. His mission is to serve Vibra’s patients, residents, employees, and stakeholders with excellence.
Byron Wilson: Senior Vice President of Finance, Corporate Controller
Byron Wilson joined Vibra as the senior vice president of finance and corporate controller, which entails oversight of corporate accounting and consolidation. With over 15 years of healthcare finance and operations, he has served as a vice president of finance, regional controller, hospital CEO, and regional vice president of operations. His credentials include LNHA (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator) and CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner).
Holding education as a prominent part of his experience, he holds several postgraduate degrees, including a Master of Business Administration in finance, a Master of Science in financial fraud and forensics, and a Ph.D. in healthcare administration and advanced accounting. His passion for understanding the story behind the numbers has allowed him to be a leader in the field.
Ray Lanas: Executive VP, Supply Chain & Construction
Responsible for all supply chain functions, Ray has been with Vibra for over 17 years. Prior to joining Vibra, he worked for two national short-term acute care hospital companies with regional responsibilities of multiple hospitals. He started his career in the operating room business management function of a 600-bed Level 1 trauma hospital. Ray holds a bachelor’s degree from Elizabethtown College and is currently working toward a Master in Health Science.
