Albert Loerinc, MD: National Medical Advisory Committee Medical Director, LTAC Division
Dr. Albert Loerinc is the Medical Director of Vibra Hospital of Southeastern Massachusetts. He is also the National Medical Advisor for Vibra LTAC hospitals. Dr. Loerinc is a graduate of New York Medical College. He went on to complete his residency at Beth Israel Medical Center and his pulmonary fellowship at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in New York City. He is board-certified in internal medicine and pulmonary diseases, and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and the American College of Chest Physicians.
Alex Barchuk, MD: Vibra National Director of Free to Breathe Program
Dr. Alex Barchuk is a physiatrist in Kentfield, California and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Marin General Hospital and Care Meridian Hospital. He received his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and did his PM&R residency at Stanford. He has been in practice for more than 25 years. He has a full-time practice at Kentfield Hospital, where he specializes in spinal cord injury and ventilator weaning.
Carlos Pancorvo, MD: Vibra National Director of Nephrology
Dr. Carlos Pancorvo is Medical Director of Acute Dialysis for Methodist Charlton Medical Center and Medical Director of Continuous Renal Replacement Therapies at Methodist Charlton Medical Center and Methodist Medical Center Dallas. He served as Medicine Vice Chairman of Methodist Charlton Medical Center and is now currently the Chairman. His Internal Medicine Internship, Residency, and Chief of Residents was done at the University of Massachusetts Memorial Health Care Hospital. He finished his nephrology fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, Texas. He travels to Latin America training personnel in Acute Dialysis and the care of patients with kidney disease. He also performs Medical Humanitarian Missions with other physicians. He is the Vice President and Founder of the North Texas Latin American Physicians Association. He also contributes actively in the North Texas Chapter of the Peruvian Latin American Association. In 2013 he received Instructor of the Year for the Nephrology Program at Methodist Medical Center in Dallas. He remains very active in medical training of nurses, residents, and nephrology fellows at Methodist Health Systems. He has been elected as best of Dallas by D Magazine three years. He has served in the Dallas County Medical Society board and is active in the committee of access to care of the vulnerable population in Dallas.
David Palestrant, MD: Vibra National Director of Journey to Neuro Recovery Program
David Palestrant, MD is the Director of the Transitional Neuro ICU and Brain Injury Program at Kentfield Hospital in Marin County, California, the National Director of Transitional Neuro ICU programs for Vibra Healthcare. His primary clinical interests involve critical care neurology, traumatic brain injury, and stroke. He is board-certified in neurocritical care, critical care medicine, neurology, and vascular neurology. Dr. Palestrant is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, Neurocritical Care Society, and the Society of Critical Care Medicine. Over his career, Dr. Palestrant has been involved in clinical research, written book chapters, and lectured extensively on neuro-critical care topics. Dr. Palestrant received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine. He completed an internship in medicine at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center and residencies in internal medicine and neurology at the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center. He completed a neuro-critical care and stroke fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco.
Perry Pate, MD: Vibra National Director of Infection Disease
Dr. Perry Pate is the National Infectious Disease Advisory for Vibra Healthcare. Dr. Pate is an infectious disease specialist in Irving, Texas and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Baylor Medical Center at Irving and Baylor Regional Medical Center. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and has been in practice for more than 20 years.
Van Chen, MD: National Medical Advisory Committee Medical Director, Medical Rehabilitation Division
Dr. Van Chen is the Medical Director of Ballard Rehabilitation Hospital in San Bernardino, CA. He is the National Medical Advisor for Vibra rehabilitation hospitals. Dr. Chen is originally from a northern Virginia suburb of Washington D.C. He attended college and medical school in Charlottesville at the University of Virginia. He went on to complete his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He is a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and a fellow of the American Academy of PM&R. He is also a member of the American Academy of Pain Medicine. He has served as the medical director of Ballard Rehabilitation Hospital in San Bernardino, California since 1994.

Dr. Roebken graduated from the UCLA School of Medicine in 1971, and is board certified in internal medicine with extensive experience in pulmonary medicine and critical care medicine. Mubashir Badar, MD: Vibra Hospital of the Central Dakotas
Dr. Badar graduated from Ross University School of Medicine in 2010 and completed his internal medicine residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine at Queens Hospital Center in 2013. Since 2012, Dr. Badar has been a co-investigator at Mount Sinai School of Medicine at Queens Hospital Center for a study designed to assess the effectiveness of CHF pathway and identifying factors that affect hospital readmission. In addition to being the Chief of Staff at Vibra Hospital of the Central Dakotas, Dr. Badar also serves as a Hospitalist for Sanford Health. Dr. Badar also volunteers as an educator on preventive medicine and is the General Secretary for Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in Queens.

Dr. Javery earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. He also completed his residency in internal medicine at the same facility. In 2003 an article Dr. Javery co-authored, Atlantoaxial Instability due to Down’s Syndrome, was published in the College of Radiology Case in Point. Dr. Reza Bagherpour serves as the medical director of Vibra Rehabilitation Hospital of Rancho Mirage. Dr. Bagherpour earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine in biological sciences. He continued his medical education at Ross University before starting a
