Angelique Culver Recognized by the Racial Justice Institute with Board Membership

Angelique Culver, Esq., LLM, CHC, was recently appointed to the Racial Justice Institute’s board. Culver joins a group of esteemed leaders from several industries who will volunteer their expertise and time to serve the organization and further its objectives.

Avidly sharing in the Racial Justice Institute’s mission of advancing racial justice and empowering individuals to address racism through leadership, education, engagement, research, and advocacy, Culver was eager to get involved and is honored by the opportunity to serve as a board member and to represent Vibra Healthcare.

As Vibra’s chief compliance and HIPAA officer, Culver has been instrumental in developing and carrying out numerous diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives for the organization. She further serves as a founding and active member of Vibra Healthcare’s DEI Council.

“I believe that partnering with the Racial Justice Institute as a board member will help advance DEI at Vibra,” said Culver. “Vibra’s leaders and council members believe in setting our cultural bar high. The Racial Justice Institute’s programming affords us a great opportunity to help raise that bar. Their work complements our DEI Council’s goal of continuously seeking opportunities for learning and growth, and will help us be a driver of DEI and racial and social justice in the communities we serve.”

“The Vibra team and I are grateful for Angelique’s leadership and her commitment to advancing DEI,” added Wayne Mackey, Vibra’s chief human resources officer, who oversees the organization’s DEI Council. “Angelique’s appointment to the Racial Justice Institute’s board further exemplifies her investment in and selfless dedication to identifying and challenging racial and social inequities and injustices. I’m confident that Angelique’s work with the Racial Justice Institute will bring about new ideas and opportunities that will help inspire awareness and action for both of our organizations.”
