Vibra Healthcare Receives Pro Patria Award for Support of National Guard and Reserve Employees

Vibra Healthcare is proud to announce that it has received the Pro Patria Award from the Pennsylvania Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), recognizing its support of employees who serve in the National Guard and Reserve.

The Pro Patria Award is the highest-level award presented by an ESGR State Committee and recognizes employers that demonstrate exceptional support for Guard and Reserve employees through their leadership, workplace practices, and personnel policies. Each year, a State Committee may recognize one small employer, one large employer, and one public-sector employer with the award.

Presentation of the Pro Patria Award

Brigadier General John M. Wenzel, Director, Joint Staff, Joint Force Headquarters, Pennsylvania National Guard, and retired U.S. Air Force Colonel Jim Astor, South-Central Area Chair for Pennsylvania ESGR, visited Vibra Healthcare’s home office to present the award to Brad Hollinger, CEO, and Kelly Hollinger, president. Members of Vibra’s senior management team and Lieutenant Colonel Eli Babich, U.S. Army Reserve, joined them for the presentation.

Babich, who serves as vice president of clinical operations, nominated Vibra for ESGR recognition. Throughout more than a decade with Vibra, he has continued his service in the U.S. Army Reserve while advancing his civilian career. His nomination recognizes the support and flexibility Vibra provides to employees balancing their civilian careers with military commitments.

“We’re incredibly proud to receive the Pro Patria Award and of what this recognition represents,” said Brad Hollinger. “The men and women who balance their careers with service in the National Guard and Reserve demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to others. Their leadership and teamwork make our organization stronger. We are deeply grateful to Eli and all of our team members who serve or have served in the United States Armed Forces.”

The Pro Patria Award builds on Vibra’s previous recognition from ESGR. Vibra received the Above and Beyond Award in 2024, and several Vibra leaders have received Patriot Awards for their support of employees serving in the National Guard and Reserve.

These recognitions reflect Vibra’s continued commitment to supporting employees who serve in the National Guard and Reserve and honoring the leadership, dedication, and experience they bring to the organization.
