Vibra Healthcare Proudly Recognized by the Pennsylvania Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR)

Vibra Healthcare is proud to announce its recent recognition by the Pennsylvania Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), a Department of Defense office dedicated to fostering a culture in which all employers support and value the employment and military service of members of the National Guard and Reserve in the United States. This acknowledgment took place at ESGR’s annual Employer Award Luncheon, where Vibra was honored for its contributions to the ESGR mission.

Vibra’s nomination for this prestigious recognition came from Lieutenant Colonel Eli Babich, US Army Reserve, who serves as the company’s vice president of clinical operations. LTC Eli Babich, who holds the position of Chief Nurse for the 5th Medical Brigade, Birmingham, Alabama, has been with Vibra for over a decade.

Reflecting on the nomination process, Babich remarked, “This nomination was my way of giving back to a company that has given me the flexibility and support to pursue both my civilian and military careers. Vibra’s understanding and encouragement over the last ten years have allowed me to grow in both careers in ways I never imagined possible.”

During the ESGR Employer Award Luncheon, Vibra was awarded the Above and Beyond Award, which acknowledges employers who have gone above and beyond the legal requirements of the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act by providing Guard and Reserve employees additional, non-mandated benefits. Darla Perdue, Vibra’s chief clinical and compliance officer, also received the Seven Seals Award for her initiative in supporting the ESGR mission.

“Eli’s commitment to excellence, both as a hospital leader and a military officer, is truly inspiring,” said Perdue. “Eli’s expertise helps set a high standard for all of us. At Vibra, we deeply value the commitment and leadership that military service members like Eli bring to our organization. Supporting his growth and continued service has been an honor, and I am incredibly proud of the contributions he makes both at Vibra and in uniform.”

“I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Eli for this nomination and, more importantly, for his dedication and service to our country,” added Brad Hollinger, president and CEO of Vibra Healthcare. “We are deeply honored to stand behind Eli and all those who serve, and we will continue to ensure that Vibra remains a place where military service is respected and valued.”
