“When I came in for an interview with Roxanna, the director of nursing, she immediately made me feel at home. She gave me a tour of the facility was upfront with me about everything she was looking for and immediately said she wanted to get me with HR.

When I met with Sandra from HR she made the onboarding process very easy. On my first day, Roxanna got me in the system quickly, and I was able to have access to what I needed. During my orientation, Lizz was very professional, gave me a tour of my department, and showed me where all my equipment would be. She checked me off on my competencies and made sure to always remind me that I was able to go to her whenever I needed anything. Best orientation ever!
