“I said ‘yes’ to SRI because I knew it was an awesome place to work. Four years ago, a co-worker of mine had a major stroke and came to SRI for rehab. I visited her every day after work and noticed the work ethic of the staff. Everyone I encountered during those visits gave amazing care. I put in a written application but wasn’t called. I figured because I was a fresh CNA, just having my SC license for only a year and a few months. A few years passed and I still planned on being employed with SRI. So, I put in my online application, knowing I would be called, or at least hoped I was going to have a chance of employment at SRI, now having experience in SC (CNA).

This is a wonderful environment to work in. Everyone cares about the patients, applies teamwork, and works hard for a great outcome for the patients we serve. Every day that I come to work is a pleasure because I serve such wonderful people. My goal is to give the best possible care, put a smile on everyone’s face, give laughter, joy, and encouragement to my patients.”
