“Being able to impact a life is immeasurable. Working in case management, you get to be an integral part of a patient’s road to recovery. I like getting to know the patients and their families on a more personal level. I enjoy helping them with discharge planning and educating them during their stay. The best part of our job is seeing the positive changes our patients make while they are here. Being a part of their success and watching them walk out of our facility after going through something traumatic has been a huge blessing.”
