“I said ‘yes’ to working at Summa Rehab Hospital because of the compassionate individuals I worked with. My coworkers are very supportive and are a great resource for school assignments. They also inspired me to pursue my dreams of becoming a nurse. While working at Summa Rehab, I have seen the passion of every member of the team and the management, who are willing to lend a hand when we need it. The diverse group of workers and patient population since I started working here back in 2014 inspired me to continue with my education. With the help of tuition reimbursement, I completed my ADN degree and BSN degree while working at Summa Rehab Hospital, and recently obtained my Master’s degree with a family nurse practitioner concentration. I am now a certified nurse practitioner and I owe this to my patients, coworkers, family and friends, and most especially Summa Rehab Hospital”
