“I am a single mom and had been living in Atascadero for five years. Since COVID hit two years ago I really wanted to be closer to family and friends. I heard of an opening to work at the new Bakersfield Rehabilitation Hospital from my friend Nikki, the Director of Business Development, and I jumped at the opportunity. I packed up my family and moved back to Bakersfield.

I have been in the medical field for 28 years and love a new challenge. I got into the medical field to help people. The idea of nurturing and creating a place for patients to recover from events that, at times, have changed their lives forever is why I said “YES”. I am excited to help build and assist this community with the best rehabilitation services available and am excited to see this new facility grow with the community.”
